(1) DISTRICT LEVEL DEALERSHIP: -
INTRODUCTION – DISTRICT LEVEL DEALERSHIP is awarded for the entire area of a district, where the Dealer is responsible for delivering the products to all the CITYS in the district. SWH Company has orders in Cash on delivery and prepaid forms. Where the help of the software, The Company inform of its customer to the Dealer. And the dealer has to deliver these products to the customer within 24 to 48 hours of the including bill.
BENEFIT –
• The delivery commission is 5% of the MRP price on each order delivery, For example, the MRP of a product is Rs 3000, and then the delivery commission will be Rs 150.
• The delivery commission will be transferred to the dealer's account at 10am in the morning payout time on daily basis, where 5% TDS will be applicable on every transaction.
• This dealership will remain valid for lifetime, in the absence of a registered dealer, any member of their family will be the registered dealer of this dealership, but for this, it is necessary to notify the company at least once.
RESPONSIBILITIES –
• Dealer’s Responsibilities-
1. Delivery of products to about 100 or more customers in one to two months.
2. Maintaining the availability of stock by contacting the company in the event of stock shortage.
3. Physical support of the company for advertising in local delivery area.
COMPANY SUPPORT –
• The company will create a District Level Dealership Account, whose user ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• To enable systematic trading between the dealer and The Company, the company will provide software and telephonic support to the dealer, where telephonic training through the company is also included from time to time.
• The company will provide you 100+ products stock.
• The entire responsibility of products selling and marketing will be with the company's call center, where the company will be responsible for booking customers orders.
• For good results, the company periodically provides training and targets to its employees, which indirect benefits will be available to the dealers.
• How the company works-
1. Calling customer via Tele-caller.
2. Taking customer’s follow-up through software.
3. Answering customer questions through Team Leader.
4. Order Booking and Payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY –The District Level Dealership cancellation policy works in two ways -
• First way - if the dealer wants to transfer the Dealership to a member in his family, deposit it in the account of the dealership amount company and take his amount return, and can transfer the stock held with him to his family member who start work with company. In future, the company will contact the new dealer.
• Second way - the dealer can sell his available stock and recover his amount. In this work, the company's support system will help the dealer to sell the products in the market and the Delivery amount's will be separately.
NOTE:-TDS deduction of 5% will be applicable on all types of Returns Amount.
(2) STATE LEVEL DEALERSHIP: -
INTRODUCTION – STATE LEVEL DEALERSHIP is awarded for the entire area of a state, where the Dealer is responsible for delivering the products to customer & supply DISTRICT LEVEL DEALER’S STOCK to all the Cities & District in the STATE. SWH Company has orders in Cash on delivery and prepaid forms. Where the help of the software, The Company inform of its customer to the Dealer. And the dealer has to deliver these products to the customer & DISTRICT LEVEL DEALER within 5 to 7 Days of the including bill.
BENEFIT –
• The delivery commission is 10% of the MRP price on each order delivery, For example, the MRP of a product is Rs 3000, and then the delivery commission will be Rs 300.
• The delivery commission of DISTRICT LEVEL DEALER’S stock is 5% of the MRP price on each order product, For example, the MRP of a product is Rs 3000, and then the product commission will be Rs 150.
• The delivery commission will be transferred to the dealer's account Monday to Monday at after 10am, payout time on weekly basis, where 5% TDS will be applicable on every transaction.
• This dealership will remain valid for lifetime, in the absence of a registered dealer, any member of their family will be the registered dealer of this dealership, but for this, it is necessary to notify the company at least once.

• Dealer’s Responsibilities-
1. All State level dealers (at least 10) coming to your state have to supply malls (at least 100 orders) in about two to three months and fill their stock requirement.
2. Delivery of products to about 100 or more customers in two to three months.
3. Maintaining the availability of stock by contacting the company in the event of stock shortage.
4. Physical support of the company for Advertising & Marketing in local Area.
COMPANY SUPPORT –
• The company will create a State Level Dealership Account, whose user ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.
• To enable systematic trading between the dealer and The Company, the company will provide software and telephonic support to the dealer, where telephonic training through the company is also included from time to time.
• Providing physical support to the company for advertising and marketing in the districts falling within the state.
• Company appoints the marketing executives for marketing purpose in your state. Salary and incentive will be the responsibility of the Company.
• The company will provide you 1000+ products stock.
• The entire responsibility of products selling and marketing will be with the company's call center, where the company will be responsible for booking customers orders.
• For good results, the company periodically provides training and targets to its employees, which indirect benefits will be available to the dealers.
• The company will open stores in the local area of the dealers, for the local area customer, where the profit of the store will be divided with the dealer in the ratio of 50% -50%.
